Doming as he prefers to be called is 73 years, a retired physician from the Fairfield Hills Hospital in Newtown and married to Trining a former high school teacher in the Phil. Doming finished his medical residency in 1957 in the USA but not till 1972 when they decided to migrate here. The Morteras hail from Villasis, Pangasinan and from Santa Monica, Ilocos Sur. Children living in the USA include Herbert married to Lalaine (Newtown, CT), Evelyn (Guam), Bronida (Oregon), Thelma (VA), Romeo (Oregon), Archie(California) and Elmer(California). The Morteras live in Newtown.
