Purpose

To promote awareness and interest in the Philippine culture and heritage among its members and to the community.
To enhance unity and friendship among Filipino-American families in Western Connecticut and other Filipino-American communities in the United States.
To participate in various civic and community services in the greater Danbury area and encourage member involvement in these activities.
To help members of the FAAWC and our countrymen in the Philippines who are in urgent need of assistance in health, education, food, and shelter assistance.
To provide a warm welcome and concrete assistance to newcomers, visitors from the Philippines, and other Filipino-American associations in the United States.
To foster among its members love, loyalty and respect for the Philippines.
