The official website of The Filipino-American Association of Western Connecticut serves Western Connecticut, Litchfield and Fairfield county. The FAAWC was founded in 1995. The purpose of this Association is to help Filipinos and Country men in the Philippines, to enhance unity and friendship among Filipino-American families, to promote awareness and interest in Philippine culture and heritage, to participate in various civic and community services and to foster among its members love, concern, loyalty and respect for the Philippines.
FAAWC is a non-profit association, established to enhance the unity and friendship of the Filipino-American community and to help the less privileged members here and abroad.
